I went here 8am in the morning for my PEP but end up waiting 3hr. Phlebotomist looked nervous and poked me three times, somehow still failed drawing enough blood and ended up asking help from her supervisor. (This never happened in my entire life since I have a pretty healthy visual vein) 5 days later, they called me, said I need to come here again for re-draw the blood. (Probably because of the poorly drawn blood) So I had to drive 4 hours to get here and back home. Doctor was nice and professional though.
Never enjoy letting someone know how bad they are ? But, all those “ One Stars “ are there for a reason ?? Here’s one more ??? Regards: RA Ponthier
