Very bad customer service. How is it possible that they hire people who are not specialized in customer service?
Inconsiderate staff. Unprofessional, long wait times
They never answer their phone to schedule an appointment. I’ve called multiple times three times. They picked up and hung up on me multiple times it’s ridiculous. I don’t feel like waiting 3 to 6 hours to pee in a cup for an employer. Answer your phones!!!
It’s a bummer to give such a low score. All the medical assistants were so kind and nice, but the doctor and nfp I saw were not good. The nfp told me that my symptoms for my concussion were not severe enough to be admitted to the hospital, so she would not give me any additional time off work despite there being no improvement in my symptoms. If it were not for the ladies at the front desk, the drug screening area and the lady who did my initial intake, the score would be lower.
Came in for a CDL physical and everyone was very friendly and patient. Was in and out in an hour and a half. They were short staffed but the visit was efficient. Thanks
