Staff was very kind and informative and the service was quick.
I was in for UA with my company everything was quick and easy
They get busy, but they deal with everyone in an orderly and streamlined fashion. Very professional, but the team seems close knit and I think that reflects well for clients/patients. The space was also very clean and welcoming.
It was not busy when I arrived so my DOT physical went fairly quickly. The nurse (Kathy I think) was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Just because a place doesn’t look busy, doesn’t always mean things will proceed quickly. However this time it did.
