I have always received excellent service. Taxes are done accurately and quickly. Always receptive to any questions I may have. Would highly recommend.
Paid $380 for my taxes to be prepared. They never e-filed my return until I called a week later (after I had already paid the $380 and signed the e-file forms). Had I not called to follow up, who knows if they ever would have filed my return. Poor customer service...took my $$$ and then dropped the ball. Time to look for a new accountant next year
