Supervisors are extremely discriminatory and banned me from the job site for no reason. Had to have a “small talk” with them due to the supervisor getting upset about a false incident. I was rather confused with the talk and was threatened that i would be sent home. I highly would not recommend working at this place.
I placed an order on Wednesday and paid ALOT extra for expedited shipping. It’s now Monday and UPS STILL does not have possession of my order. Their customer service has been useless!!! Beware and don’t order from this company. They make it clear when you order that you cannot cancel. What they don’t make clear is that it takes them a forever to actually get the item to the shipper. Shame on them. If I could give zero stars, I would!

This comment goes to Cuisinart product and customer service departments, I just think the whole company is a scam! I wish there was less than zero! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! If you don’t like their products just don’t fall for the 30 days return policy, we bought a Cuisinart coffee machine and ended up needing to return it because the carafe doesn’t keep up the hot water water/coffee.
