I just recently bought one of their $60+ blow dryers (model 888)... Not long after I started using it the back vent kept sucking in my hair from the bottom and wrapped it all up inside, I had to yank out a large chunk of hair and then I considered they they might want to be made aware of this little product quirk, so I contacted them in real time with the dang thing still attached to my head because I couldn't get the last of the hair out.
