Totally useless attempt to deal with this outfit. John very rude left me a nasty message. Only good word is wife was nice. Total waste of a few hours.
So disappointed. Unreliable service. The first time, 3 years ago, everything was fine. Now, not so much - my blinds were supposed to be 57" long, but instead were 5 inches short. They were supposed to have my blinds ready at the correct length and at my house last weekend, no show, no phone call. I haven't heard from them at all.
I had a broken blind cord fixed by this company. I would not use again. The final bill was twice the amount of the estimate, the replaced cord is so thin it will not last, and finally the cord is so short I cannot close my blind all the way down. Not a good experience at all. I would not use this company again under any circumstance. It would have been cheaper for me to purchase a new blind than fix the one I had.
Definite 5 star review for these people! Not only did they diagnose the problem with our venetian blinds quickly, but we received our blinds a day early, by delivery (!!!), AND they installed them in our home! So thankful for this level of service during this incredible heat wave.
