Con-rod has repaired a couple of my cordless cellular blinds. Excellent work. Other blind repair shops were unable to repair these blinds so appreciate con-rod had the skills to do the job. Its a mom and pop business so hoping they don't retire as it means I would have to throw out these expensive blinds if they need repair again - since no one else could repair them - and I don't want to do that!

Totally useless attempt to deal with this outfit. John very rude left me a nasty message. Only good word is wife was nice. Total waste of a few hours.
So disappointed. Unreliable service. The first time, 3 years ago, everything was fine. Now, not so much - my blinds were supposed to be 57" long, but instead were 5 inches short. They were supposed to have my blinds ready at the correct length and at my house last weekend, no show, no phone call. I haven't heard from them at all.
