Went to cash a check from my dad, who has an account there. She used a harsh tone and disguised thinly covered threat as a suggestions for a matter not directly concerning me. My Dad is a veteran, 76yo widow who has stroked and has severe sciatica limiting his mobility. I was embarrassed for my dad and myself. A matter not involving me that could have been discussed at another time in private. He was on speaker phone. Will not that teller until a supervisor has been spoke with!
