I was unable to get into my account to pay my loan and I got on the phone with Melissa and she resolved it quickly. I can’t say it enough how their customer service is elite. Best experience I’ve had in a long time over the phone. If you are looking to get a car loan with comtrust I highly recommend them so go for it because they are more than happy to help.

Saved me a two hour drive helping me resolve a mistake I made truly the best customer service I’ve had in a long time Melissa and Kira have helped me on the phone both patient and helpful if I could rate higher I would I’m very pleased with the service and help I’ve received.
I have had many loans with ComTrust and every single one has been a great experience. The staff at the Windsor CT branch is extremely friendly and helpful. I have, on a couple of occasions, had to call Chattanooga and they were wonderful as well! I love this credit union!!!!
