ComTrans employee repeatedly breaking the law and illegally parking in a clearly marked "No Parking Anytime" Zone. Apparently the driver lives here. Who in their right mind would illegally park a company vehicle with the name of the company on the vehicle? I want to start by saying that I am grateful for Bere. My family and I truly appreciate her , she’s a great EMT and was very helpful and quick to fix the issue caused by her partner. Her partner, Patrick, on the other hand, needs serious reevaluation as well as training. I will be calling to file a complaint about the situation that was caused by his lack of skills and knowledge to provide appropriate care.
Robert was a phenomenal driver today!! We were very confident in his abilities and had very comfortable conversation!! He arrived on time, got us to Kaiser interstate early and was very accommodating. This was our first time using ComTrans and I won’t hesitate to call again when a need arises.
Only safe way to ride with them is dead. Because they’re gonna kill you getting to the hospital. Comtrans ambulance 106 driver needs to be fired. Nearly caused a major accident stopping on hwy 18 west bound. Ridiculous
Let me start by saying good morning. I'm not sure why you're getting negative reviews. But as for myself and for my Husband. I could only try to describe how I feel since they start picking up and dropping off my husband. If I could best describe their service, it will be best to say THEY HEALED ME MENTALLY. I haven't felt this good since Ride to Care become our transportation to and from dialysis.until I met these workers men and women. How they professionally handled my husband through and through.
