WORST customer service ever. I have been an investor for 40 years and I have never witnessed the level of incompetence this outfit brings to the table. The good news: you can transfer custodial duties for any security you own to a different fiduciary of your choosing with minimal effort. This company is the epitome of who you do not want to have to put up with.
