If i could give 0 stars i would. Terrible and a doom loop of requests and policies to get access to accounts and take money out. Worst ever. Don't use
SCAM! Do not fall for this trap. Customer service will not help. I've been transfered and then hung up on every single time I call. When I email, every time I'm given another number to call and the same thing happens. TERRIBLE! Reported to the IRS and BBB.
Horrendous customer service. Whoever is paying these customer service representatives is throwing their money in a trash can and lighting it on fire.
