Can’t talk to a human :(
I cannot begin to tell you how poor their customer service is. For 3 months I have requested a K1 to be mailed. After 7 calls and six hours on the phone I still haven't received it. I have been promised each time I have called that it has been sent. Their call center has zero authority to make things right. I even offered to pay for the K1 to be expedited overnight. Horrible horrible horrible. Simply trying to claim stock from my deceased father. Back and forth with them for over 3 years now, literally. The ineptitude and level of fragmentation within this “company” is unbelievable. Our next step is legal action.
They did not even bother to respond to a SEC complaint.
After being a client for 20 years, I'm transferring to Fidelity. Customer service and Customer access are horrible. I don't recommend this service. Fidelity, Schwab or Vanguard provide equivalent services with better engagement.
