Horrible horrible horrible. Simply trying to claim stock from my deceased father. Back and forth with them for over 3 years now, literally. The ineptitude and level of fragmentation within this “company” is unbelievable. Our next step is legal action.
They did not even bother to respond to a SEC complaint.
After being a client for 20 years, I'm transferring to Fidelity. Customer service and Customer access are horrible. I don't recommend this service. Fidelity, Schwab or Vanguard provide equivalent services with better engagement.
They are crooks. Use anyone else. Have moved everything and so happy now!
If i could give 0 stars i would. Terrible and a doom loop of requests and policies to get access to accounts and take money out. Worst ever. Don't use
