This has been the absolute worst. Said she would meet or call me several times still nothing. I told her at this point I just want my tax records. DO NOT USE HER THEY ARE HORRIBLE LIARS. I WANT TO TAKE PAPERS OUT ON HER. SITTING HERE STILL WAITING ON HER BUT AS USUAL SHE IS A NO CALL NO SHOW
DONT GO HERE . THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DOCUMENTS PREVENTING SOMEONE ELSE FROM PROPERLY DOING YOUR TAXES . AVOID AT ALL COST .
We have singed document to file. Brenda has said she was going to file for months now and has yet to do so. Cant get her to answer phone, shes never in the office for us to come pick our tax documents up to take else where. Leaving this review in hopes that she sees this. This is getting ridiculous. Its been close to 6 months
I can't speak for others and their experiences. But they were friendly and welcoming to me, my wife, and my child. Everything was done quickly and professionally and make the process very simple. I will be coming back here for years to come. My tax return came back fast and appointments were not a issue with me.
