Our office did a major software update and Computer One was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions. We had several computers and office locations and they managed to make the transition very seamless for us. There were some bumps with any update, but they quickly jumped on our computers and addressed the issues. Awesome service and amazing team!

Work stoppage is critical in my position and the staff at Computer One has always kept that from happening. I have always had great service and outcome from Computer One personnel. They are like family. Kim Poole is especially outstanding when I need her. She is patient and resolves issues I may have timely. One special thing about Kim is that she's a great note taker.
