Was very professional and fixed my issue with an extremely fair price, would 100% go again. They fixed it very quickly and even held ontop my laptop for days at a time when I was out of state, this is the place for all your needs.
Worst tech specialist experience I have EVER had. I dropped off my broken headphones TWO months ago (including the needed parts to fix it!), and in return got nothing but wasted time. There was little to no communication, and any contact was always prompted by me first. Any timelines I was given regarding repairs was always proven false (with no follow up, or information on what was even happening), and at the end of this frustrating experience, I had to pick up my headphones in the exact same condition they came in. Very honest and good owner /business. He doesn't tell u what u want to hear, but rather what works better for u. I was getting an iPhone and he only had used ones, and he listened to my concerns, and said I'll be better off getting new iPhone from for $100 dollars more. So he's willing to lose a sell, to help his customers. You rarely get that kind of service. I highly recommend this place. You won't get ripped off, and great work also.

I went by this store yesterday to get consultation about my thumbnails not showing. The first time I met Mr. Mohammed I sense he appeared to have an attitude problem. I was correct because I read comments about being rude. Mr. Mohammed needs to work on his customer relations of being more friendly to customers. I don't tolerate people with attitude issues. I decided to give another company called Mr. Repair a chance of offering them my business. I'll see how it goes.
