I called Computer A Services and asked if they could replace my broken MacBook screen. They said yes and asked me to bring it in. I did, they examined it and said they would order the replacement part. They said it would arrive within 5 business days and they’d call me to bring the computer back when the part arrived. 2 weeks later, after receiving no call from them, I called them and asked for an update.
