I visited computax in March for ITIN certification, which went fine. However, the preparer then advised me to omit all supporting schedules from my tax return and submit only the main form to make it “easier” for the IRS. And of course, the IRS requested the missing schedules, forcing me to resend them. As a result, I have been waiting for my tax refund for several months due to this ignorant advice.
I have been trying to get ahold of Artemio for about a year. He's been doing my taxes for over 20 years, but lately he just simply doesn't answer the phone or messages. Something is very fishy about this whole " He's not in the office" ever anymore.
Have been doing my taxes here for over 7 years. They are experienced, professional, and explain the process in detail. Previous places wanted us in and out. Highly recommend!
