Brought my laptop to their shop last week. Within hours, the keyboard/palmrest was replaced, and it's been working fine ever since! Labor was $95, but worth it to not take apart my laptop myself.
I brought in my motherboard today. They diagnosed the problem instantly, told me a solution, and didn't charge me anything. The staff was super nice and I'd definitely come back if I have any future issues. Update: I brought in my motherboard again for micro-soldering and MD did it very efficiently and even gave me some soldering tips. 5/5, would rate it even higher if I could.
