Horrible phone answering service. I called several times and they never pick up. This is my tax payer money in action.
Just a few things...the office wasn't too hard to find. My parking ticket was validated and covered by the office. There are appts as well as walk-ins. The receptionist at the tax office was amazing! She runs that place extremely well. The agent I visited put me at ease and shared valuable information to help me move forward. There are bathrooms, condos, a lovely outdoor patio area and a place to grab a bite. Quite a few other businesses in the building as well. Mrs. Ana was very kind and helpful, she helped me with my paperwork. I recommend her and she speaks Spanish.
The worst call center in history .. you will be on hold for about 3-9 business days . Be prepared
