Just a few things...the office wasn't too hard to find. My parking ticket was validated and covered by the office. There are appts as well as walk-ins. The receptionist at the tax office was amazing! She runs that place extremely well. The agent I visited put me at ease and shared valuable information to help me move forward. There are bathrooms, condos, a lovely outdoor patio area and a place to grab a bite. Quite a few other businesses in the building as well. The worst call center in history .. you will be on hold for about 3-9 business days . Be prepared

Everyone is nice. The lady at the reception was friendly, their supervisor and staff are nice too. I met Rosalind today and she was amazing and enthusiastic. This is the best Comptroller of Maryland I have ever been to.
