I was assisted by Adriana; she was very kind, explained that we needed to correct some information, walked me through the entire process, and I obtained the certificate I needed.
The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The woman who barely speaks English in the back that you end up having to speak to will just double speak at you and pretend not to understand English when you have valid concerns and need to know the process.
Need to set up a payment plan call exactly at 8:30 and already the lines are full and busy can’t get through so how do you get a payment into them when you can’t get a hold of them
Don't answer phone. Go online to pay taxes, says account isn't set up yet and tells me to call the number. Can't talk to local comprollers office for appointment. How am I supposed to pay my taxes?
