Impossible to reach over the phone, the "updated" online system is an arcane joke built by incompetent people with horrible user experience. The bureaucracy in staggering and suffocating.

I have nothing but good things to say about Marilyn. I called the office and had the opportunity to speak with her, she was very helpful and I then had an appointment as a walkin the next day to have her as well. She was very knowledgeable and she assured me that my case had been satisfied. She made a call and was able to get me the necessary documents to hand over to another agency. I’m actually on the phone now hoping to get her again…
What is seriously going on? They have time to send notices and threats of garnishments, etc., but cannot locate faxes of information. You cannot get through the phone lines and their online request system is ignored for weeks. If you want to set up an in-person appointment, you will have to wait weeks to months. There's no resolution at all. It's ridiculous.
waited on the phone for 1hr and no one picks up. just keep cycling the msg all agents are busy thank you for your patience. Forget about making payment without getting a service fee added on top of it. They will milk you anyway they can!
