30 different divisions that bounce you from phone to phone number or different emails of dead ends and no results. Should be 0ne phone number 1 email and a reply in 24 hours of some solution towards a resolution.
They cannot do their jobs to a sufficient level. I sent in my 2023 Tax Return twice through certified mail and it was confirmed and signed for January 24th at 8:04pm and they’re now claiming they don’t have it. I now have to drive down there myself and hand it to them in person and try their electronic option. This is ridiculous. These people need to be seriously disciplined and micromanaged. This is serious. They are getting paid by tax payers and they’re not even doing the bare minimum!
This place wanted to sue me for taxes even after I moved out of Maryland. 🤷♂️ And the comptroller administration never even thought about the application that I submitted on their website Not even close to awesome, never was 🫡

I would not come here to do your taxes at all. I went up there in person tod do my taxes as a man named Timothy Stubbs said he would do my taxe paperwork if I gave him my W’2 right there and he would email me to sign the paperwork. I did everything I needed to do and I got a letter in the mail saying I owe money to the IRS. So I call and ask why does it say I owe this amount and they said it was because he did not turn in my W’2 with the paperwork.
