I'm not sure who's the head person in this office but some needs to be held accountable for their mistakes. I was denied a tax refund because of identity theft. I submitted what was requested the first time I received a email saying my case was completed and no further action, a week later. They requested more information . Why wasn't this asked the 1st time ? I have no clue. Why did I receive the email saying nothing else was needed I have no clue. The IRS wasn't this messy. So now I have to go back for the 3rd time. Was on hold for 2.5 hours and never spoke to anyone.
I called them to ask them why they’re saying I owe taxes, I was on hold for an hour and a lady finally picked up, she asked for my name and I gave it to her , she said she could here me then she hung up on me . I was on hold for an hour and our conversation didn’t even take a minute. They’re horrible!!
