There is no help in the phone. Always on hold and it just loops you to start the hold process over. Also the online site is unable to move forward even though I signed up and logged in. It can't process the next screen. Worst ever
So, as far back as I can remember, I have paid my taxes as far as anything I owe goes. I have filled out my tax forms with nothing sort of honesty. I have not been evading taxes or doing anything shady. I have paid ALL of my taxes down to every last cent. Then there's this place. It's towards the beginning of 2025 when I receive a letter from this place. Basically to summarize what this letter says, it says I owe money all the was as far back as 2021... Over 3 years later. Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I have never had this horrible experience with the state of the Maryland the past few years. This year is terrible, seems to be new staff. l called to get my taxes from the previous year added and was asked a call back number by an agent after waiting on hold for 45 minutes then the line got cut off. Called back again and waited for another 45 minute to be yelled by another rude representative and hang up on. Called back a 3rd time and spoke to that previous representative on how ... read more
Been on hold this long. Unbelievable. Guess you guys are gonna get away with robbing me.
So pleasantly surprised and happy that I visited the office in Annapolis instead of continous calls or emails with no response. I was greeted with great customer service and I was able to sign in without an appointment. You must bring your Driver's License. I made sure I had all my paperwork and was able to talk with Mrs. Kasey and she was able to help me out and took the time to look further into my case.
