If I could give the Waldorf office ZERO stars I would. Customer service is horrible. Worst experience ever. Ms. Hall was very arrogant, rude, mean and unprofessional during a couple of our visits. She didn't seem to understand that we were upset because we weren't getting our tax issue resolved and we had been getting the runaround for a long time. I was just in there Got couple of issues with my taxes and account closing Rebecca helped me to resolve my concerns and she made it quick Took 5 minutes and boom everything set She even explained everything to me Highly recommended #rebecca
