Miserable experience. I really didn’t appreciate K. Jones’ tone. I expressed that I wasn’t able to track my info using the comptroller website, and first she told me it was because they have to authorize me at the office building to use the website, so she disappears and comes back and says they can’t because of something else I haven’t done. The guy José Padilla from the waldorf office needs to be removed from his position asap. He has this attitude that he thinks he is the owner of the World. Not willing to help at all. He claims to be the manager but he is very rude. On the other side this lady name Rebecca she deserves to be the manager she actually listens and tries to help the best she can. I really hope the controller office do something about this guy José Padilla as I have hear of other people that he has been rude to as well.
So I been trying to contact md comptroller for a month now. This is unacceptable they way no one is available to talk anymore and how a lot of these businesses wants you to do everything online. Also half of these people working from home not doing there job.
Place is rude. Told me call another number and hung up. 1 number isnt even in service. Gov got people like this taking our money. Should audit this place. Rediculous.
Had an issue and needed in person attention. They were attentive and helped me very quickly and I was able to file my taxes in person as well as resolving my issue. Thanks to the staff at the Waldorf office. Great customer service.
