The Waldorf office is the worse ever. If I could give this office ZERO stars I would. The customer service at the Waldorf office is extremely HORRIBLE. They act like you are bothering them. R. Hall was arrogant, rude, hateful, unprofessional, and deceitful during a couple of our visits. She seem to deliberately want to make our situation worse instead of helping to make it better. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. K. Jones, the woman at the front desk with long nails, has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. She lacks the basic customer service skills needed to address concerns and appears either unwilling or unable to perform her job effectively.
