Déçu de mon expérience. Je n'avais jamais fait affaire avec cette succursale auparavant. Ils m'ont contacté pour me proposer une offre de renouvellement de contrat. Une fois sur place, surprise : 50 $ de plus que l'offre reçue à la boutique de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, malgré mes explications et la preuve d'un meilleur prix ailleurs. Résultat : déplacement inutile, longue attente pour rien, et un sentiment d’avoir été attiré par une offre peu transparente.
