Lorsque je suis retournée en magasin pour l’échanger, on m’a informée que le numéro inscrit à mon dossier ne correspondait pas. Après vérification, il s’est avéré que le personnel du magasin avait simplement inversé le SN et l’IMEI lors de la vente. Terrible customer service would not recommend.
Spent a little more time then I would like here waiting, however knowing it is a busy time of year (Black Friday deals) the service was absolutely wonderful. The rep on site was able to assist with my issues, and got me all set up and ready to go in a timely manner once all the other clients were happy with their services as well. Thank you so much!
