Don’t pay anything unless you want your money hostage. They never touched my phone while waiting for a battery. Ended up wanting to cancel & willing to pay for the battery. The Spanish speaking woman was pushy and claimed things that were never explained, no signs on the wall for a cancellation process, nothing- not even a receipt. Initially told I’d get no refund. Waited on parts forever, and could never fix it. They wanted to charge me for trying. Never heard of that. Never picked up the phone wasn’t worth it. Communication was very rude. Good luck
