First, the doctor I saw and staff are wonderful. My bill however reflected a charge everyone should know about. Ballad Healrh charges this practice which is in Ballad Health a fee for using the building they are in. I, we, are charged a facility charge as part of the fee. Ballad Health charges their own practices a rental fee to make more money from the patients. I voiced my objections to this practice and billing about the fee. Check yourself to validate this story. Dr Janelle is wonderful. She has helped me lose 70 pounds safely. I am ready to start dosing down to find my maintenance dose. My lean mass is perfect and I am starting to work out again. She really cares about her patients!
