I've been going to Elena for years and cannot recommend her highly enough. She's my go to for any injury, stress relief, hormone balancing, body detox and really just because I want some self care as a treatment from her is immensly healing and relaxing. She is trained in many different practices and my husband loves her facial and foot reflexology. I love all of her methods and just let her and my body lead the way. Don't hesitate giving her a try if you're dealing with anything from body pain to major health issues.
