An absolutely terrible place. They threatened me on numerous occasions. Comprehensive Medical had me arrested and placed in their facility for the sole purpose of collecting money from the county to pay for the stay. I was lucent enough to obtain a lawyer and was out in a few days but they definitely tried to intimidate, threaten, and manipulate me for their own financial gain.

Was there a few years ago and wouldn’t recommend. There were about 4 staff members who seemed to genuinely care and were nice but the others I can’t say the same about. The higher up there tried blaming my problems on someone who wasn’t even a part of it. They asked questions that seemed a bit condescending and made irrelevant comments in regard to my answers. Didn’t get much help at all and was glad to leave.

Bridges was the best hospital that I’ve ever been to from mental illness. The staff members are Young, but they are very smart very talented and heartwarming people. If you allow yourself to heal and give yourself patience through the process, you will be surprised from the benefits that you can get from this place. I am a heartbroken parent whose severely mentally ill son has been failed by the mental health system — most notably by Eastern State Hospital and Bridges Mental Health Facility in Washington State. Eastern State Hospital released my son — who suffers from a serious psychiatric illness — into a motel room in Ellensburg with nothing but a bag full of his psychiatric medications. Not as bad as the psych ward in Arkansas so count your blessings there. My diagnosis was spot on and has changed my life. The medical staff do a great job. The staff for food, security, cleaning, and general help? 0/10. There were only a handful of staff that seemed like they actually cared. They are very disorganized and not properly trained, probably not properly paid either.
