Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Lori offered up a large selection of products and services, which made it very easy to compare a large number of rates.
Poor experience with them. Took multiple days for me to get my questions answered and auto policy quotes. They lack communication and I had to call several times, but it’s as if 2 people work there. I call during normal business hours and get lucky if someone picks up. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with going through them instead of contacting my insurance company directly.
