I Started training (grappling) with a tight hip, by the end it was in bits! Thankfully compound sports therapist Sean came to my aid with dry needling & relieved a huge amount of pressure from that area which allowed me to gain mobility for the rest of the day & released tightness in the hip! Highly recommend compound sports therapy to any1 out there with any aches etc
Having suffered with back pain for a couple of weeks I decided to give Sean a call and see if there was anything he could do for me.
