Our technician Matthew who provided our service today changing out our modem/router was EXCELLENT. Kind, considerate, knowledgeable and patient all while doing an efficient outstanding job with No Issues.
The technician who came out was completely professional, courteous and extremely understanding of my attention seeking dog. He explained everything he was going to do, did it and checked that the problem was fixed before leaving. He provided outstanding customer service, which is extremely important to me and rarely seen anymore! Very thankful there are still fantastic local Comporium staff here when you need them!
