Tim Miller submitted all of our documents in a nice little package to FMCSA and got our rating back on track. We are very grateful for CNS and Tim Miller.
Multiple difficulties, Hired to fill out form 2290 for heavy vehicle the form is only 3 lines the VIN Weight & EIN. Charge $100 or so and was incorrectly entered weight had to pay another company to change. Had me at 80k GVW I was 60K GVW. So I am at like $260 for these 3 lines. Crazy Silly- SEPTIC PROS- Customer Service is not there either.
Worst customer service experience of my life. Do not use these people. Brody will not respond and overall company is trash!!
