The definition of refined gym. They take every aspect of their business seriously: from their highly-qualified experienced trainers to their impeccably-clean facility to the genuine greeting and exchange one gets from every member of their team. This is by far the best PT-focused facility I have ever trained at, I highly recommend this place. Oh, and their music killer!
This place is not your typical gym, wellness, physical therapy, training center. Ever since I started working out there with Rafael Arcila I I feel much closer to achieving my fitness goals positively! My husband and I have been training at Complex for 2 years now. The staff is very professional, the gym is spotless and the workouts are specifically tailored to you. Highly recommend!
Haley and Sebastian are the best! Such a fun work out environment. They have trainers who dedicate time and energy to create a workout personalized to you! Best place ever!
