I originally walked into this gym just before three years ago for physical therapy after a surgery. I initially came for the rehab, but I kept coming back because of the incredible people. The environment is so welcoming that I eventually transitioned right from my physical therapy into regular personal training. I’ve always been petite and have dealt with osteopenia for a while.
