I recently got back into lifting weights, and having a personal trainer for a month really helped me feel comfortable again. I learned how to properly warm up and which exercises I should be doing to reach my goals. Chris was my trainer, and he was incredibly insightful. He made me feel confident and supported as I got back on track with my fitness journey.

The definition of refined gym. They take every aspect of their business seriously: from their highly-qualified experienced trainers to their impeccably-clean facility to the genuine greeting and exchange one gets from every member of their team. This is by far the best PT-focused facility I have ever trained at, I highly recommend this place. Oh, and their music killer!
This place is not your typical gym, wellness, physical therapy, training center. Ever since I started working out there with Rafael Arcila I I feel much closer to achieving my fitness goals positively! The team there is passionate about fitness and conditioning, they are like a family who supports everyone overcome physical challenges.
