My ex bike
Took me and my friend's money (money debited already) but won't dispatch any of the bikes nor issue a full refund after cancellation, which is against the company's terms and conditions. The items have been cancelled for almost a month and still no refund. The order should come with free delivery but the shop is asking for in-person collection across the country and other personal documents to prove funds even though the money has already debited the accounts into the shop's bank account.
