Thought it was about time I left a 5 star review for this wonderful place! Moz is an exceptional physiotherapist and clinical Pilates teacher. He creates such a positive and motivating environment for everyone who attends which is SO important when you’re dealing with things like chronic pain. Philipa and the team at Complete Wellness have been great to work with both during my initial onset of acute lower back pain as well as for ongoing strengthening and toning work to help prevent it happening again. The Clinical Pilates based approach is one that I prefer and the option to build this up with sessions using the pilates machines on site was great. I recently visit Complete Wellness Physiotherapy following a motorcycle accident that has left me with severe damage to my lower right leg. With my leg still in an ExoFrame I visited Moz for the first time with a little skepticism that anything could be done. As soon as I entered the practice I felt welcomed and a couple minutes with Moz and my skepticism evaporated. A great place.
