Been going here for maybe 3 years. The first year was good. Then 2023 I get my taxes done along with my husband. 9 weeks later still no taxes. I call Nathan 10 times asking what's up. NEVER would he call me back. Finally I show up and he says accidentally he never sent them in. Same year he does my Aunt who is 90. Her taxes were rejected. After paying him money to do her taxes he suggest we should call the IRS. We need help fixing her taxes. We have called MANY MANY times.
