Unhelpful. I have since changed due to ridiculous fees and difficult communication. They have Ignored my new accountant refusing to give information required. Overall poor experience and realise this more so now I have secured a great Accountant. Also initial sign up was pushy, then when any money comes through this is followed by silence.
I have been using CTFS for my personal and business needs for the last 10 years. Couldn't be happier. The team are knowledgeable , friendly and efficient. My whole family uses them.
James was great, super helpful and easy to deal with. He made everything stress-free. Highly recommend using these guys
I had a really positive experience with Complete Tax and Financial Services. James, my accountant, was incredibly thorough and patient while helping me with my tax return—he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The reception team were so kind and welcoming, which made the whole process smooth and stress free! - will definitely be coming back next year.
