Can't fault the service at all. I had last minute changes with my availability and Joe and Scott were very accommodating, a pleasure to deal with, and did a wonderful job converting my manual shutters to electric. Would highly recommend.
Despite a hickup along the way with a communication oversight between installer and CSA, we can definately recommend this small business and give them full points. Very impressed with Marc from the very start. We like to ask lots of questions to make sure we get a product we will be happy with, and to my surprise Marc didn't bat an eyelid. This was the first sign we could trust Marc with getting us what we wanted.
