Great experience with a great teacher
I completed the Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training with this organization recently and found the course to be a comprehensive guide to resolving conflicts and deescalating situations that could lead to a physical altercation if handled inappropriately. It had a wealth of useful information on communication, body movements, and posture, and even included training about escaping physical confrontations and restraining a client as an absolute last resort. Being able to do the first part of the training online and @ your own speed was great! Its difficult to have all staff go to the training in person, when we are open 24/7 When it was time to do the virtual skills on video, I had just come from doing an 8 hour training. I did not need to worry about being bored. It was a fun time! James White head is informative, gives great suggestions on how to make it easier, and has an awesome sense of humor! I would highly recommend going with "Complete Safely Training"
