Pat and Libby never fail to get the job done well and on time. I have used them several times for everything from moving house to moving individual pieces delicate furniture and artworks and they are excellent every time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sorry to say this but Pat is a great hard worker. Under the circumstances he has not connection with Libby who takes on the bookings. I was told 2 people at $120 per hour each which equals to $240 per hour. Well they turned up with 3 of them. Didn't mention that the third guy would be extra! I agreed on 2 not 3! It took them 4.15 hours total to finish the job and got a total charge od $1410.00 Which was well over priced. No estamate wad given or saying anything about this third guy as I was told 2. Pat and the entire team from Complete Removal Services were awesome. They turned up on time, worked hard the entire time, and only charged for the time they worked - not rounding up to the next hour. They even removed and reattached the legs from our large dining table to fit them in our house. Nothing was too much trouble. I was left with the feeling that Pat was a great person to work for, looks after his staff, and pays them properly for doing a good job, not taking a long time.
