I'm not sure how or why this business has almost 5 stars. We dealt with Lisa for a walk-in appointment. We were seen quickly, but she openly admitted she messed up and caught at least 3 mistakes because she was going to fast. We called back in to have it transferred to Jamie, another one of their accountants, and have it checked. Jamie was supposed to go over it monday. I'm not sure if the receptionist just didn't tell Jamie that Friday and the following Tuesday when we called back in but we were never gotten ahold of. Lisa ... read more
Jamie has been preparing our income tax for over 25 years. We count on his vast knowledge and experience every year with great service and providing us with confidence that our taxes are done right. Not only does Jamie prepare our taxes, but he gives us advice every year on how, if needed, to adjust our withholdings.
