Jen is the best. She has helped me tremendously with my anxiety in the past few months. My anxiety level with regard to travel went from a 10 down to a 2. Just got back from a vacation that included air travel with minimal anxiety thanks to Jen’s help. She’s also aided with removing lots of emotional baggage that I wasn’t even aware of. I feel a load has been lifted from my shoulders in a short time span. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Jen throughout the year.
