I haven’t really experienced proper service from them as they don’t bother to respond to things. Sent email via their website, no response. Called and asked if they sold a product, was ‘accidentally’ hung up on. Eventually after second call someone sent me an email saying they’d see if they could get the product in and informed me ‘you have to pay upfront’ - I replied, no problem at all. Never heard from them again. Must be nice to have enough business to not worry about looking about new potential clients.
I am commenting on behalf of my wife who was shopping at this place this morning ,May 21. The following are Her words "Wonderful people providing great service and good choice of food product. One of the staff even offered to carry my purchase , two heavy boxes , to my car. Thank you vey very much."

Very bad costumers service and even worst organisation in the warehouse, seems you bother them when you buy stuff even if you pay a lot, if you want to pick up your order they make you wait ages. I had more problems with them in one year than with all supplier altogether in 20 years. I wonder how they still in business working like that.
I've been using CFS for years, they are the best in business. Always helpful, great customer service, very knowledgeable with the products and they go above and beyond.
