Extremely professional yet very good communication skills with elderly people. Took time to find out what dad wanted and treated him with great dignity.
They were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They worked in a timely manner and were able to explain everything about settling the estate in a way that was understandable. I don't live in the KC area and they were still able to make it work. I recommend them as a good firm to work with if you are going through settling an estate.
