Our sales rep Roman, has been amazing since day one. His customer service is impeccable and his heart is pure. We didn't feel like a customer, felt like family.
We are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the copier we are stuck with. We've been told by Anthony that he is working on replacing it, but it's been MONTHS. Signing with these guys before seeing the copier in action was a HUGE mistake. Our copier's nick name is "Slow-Mo". People que's form waiting for the thing to process the work, it's a new meeting/nap place. IT'S RIDICULOUS!!! WARNING: BUYER BEWARE - TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!!
We've been working with Wade Collins at CDS for a few weeks to find a suitable solution for our office printing needs. He has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and offered an amazing plan with great incentives. We are thankful to Wade and we're looking forward to working with CDS for years to come.

Totally disappointed with their service and after sale. Anthony and Lewis do not respond to emails and phone calls. Really not happy with their lack to response. I would not recommend them AT ALL.
