I absolutely love Complete Cryo Plus! The staff is incredible and I always feel amazing after I leave. My favorite thing to do after a workout is freeze follow that up with the sauna. It’s like a total reset for my body!
Jeremy and the staff here are very knowledgeable, the equipment they use for you is top notch. I use this place for myself, my son, and the boxing team that I coach. They have such a wide variety of treatments to choose from. I highly recommend using them for all your recovery needs if you are any type of athlete!
