Turned to hypnotherapy as a 'last resort' to accommodate some life changes I was experiencing. Being a skeptic, I was not expecting any immediate changes, but after my first session, I was a total believer. I continue to attend bi-monthly sessions and have never been happier! Totally recommend Justin and his coaching guidance; he has definitely assisted in making me feel a lot more confident and less insecure.
I have had a great experience with Justin. They have helped direct me in reducing stress and being more efficient at work. Justin takes his time, is always punctual, professional, accommodating, understanding and makes sure you are getting what you want out of every session.
