While the care was great, their billing practices need a major overhaul. We received a refund due to meeting our insurance deductible. We have continued to receive the same bill time and time again. After the 3rd time, I spoke to the owner Andrew, and he stated that he would take care of it. Naively, I thought that was the end of it. WRONG! Just got yet another bill. Upon my first visit I was given a complete and through evaluation by Alex and based on that evaluation, I started on my road to recovery. Each member of the team, helped me in their own way. I am so grateful and blessed to have chosen Complete Care for my physical therapy. I would highly recommend them.
