I cannot express how grateful I am for the help I’ve received from my PT sessions. They genuinely care and treat their patients like family. There is always some joking and laughter along with the exercises and stretches. Feeling so much better. I simply cannot say enough good about this place! At the front desk is spunky Dawn. She enthusiastically greets everyone with her big smile Just seeing her will brightens anyone’s day! Thank you to Andy and Kara for my amazing therapy sessions!! Highly recommend coming here!! 🥰
Great team! They do more than most PT offices. They have a decompression table, E-Stim machine, and manual therapy massage, all of which I have greatly benefited from. My functional medicine doctor referred me specifically to this office because of the respect she has for Andy Miller. Like so many things, if you cooperate and engage in the process, you will benefit. Most healing takes time and effort. PT is no different. I am much more flexible and able to function well, in large part, to Complete Care. Highly recommend!!
Physical therapy at complete care, is the best I have ever received. They have plan, they work through it with you, they are considerate and compassionate when working through the discomfort of the injury. Scheduling is a breeze. Definitely recommend!!
While the care was great, their billing practices need a major overhaul. We received a refund due to meeting our insurance deductible. We have continued to receive the same bill time and time again. After the 3rd time, I spoke to the owner Andrew, and he stated that he would take care of it. Naively, I thought that was the end of it. WRONG! Just got yet another bill. I sent a check with the statement that it's the 1st donation to their go fund me for lessons on bookkeeping and how to look back at the records. Would keep an e... read more
Upon my first visit I was given a complete and through evaluation by Alex and based on that evaluation, I started on my road to recovery. Each member of the team, helped me in their own way. I am so grateful and blessed to have chosen Complete Care for my physical therapy. I would highly recommend them.
