I have had used this company service for some blinds and a curtain. From the outset, they have been inflexible with scheduling. They provide a narrow time slot and offer no flexibility other than postponing to a later date. Throughout the process, I repeatedly requested the first appointment of the day and was willing to delay installation to secure that slot. This request was never accommodated or properly addressed. Bronwyn was fantastic from start to finish – she really helped me choose and make decisions, which I appreciate so much. We went with sheers and a blackout curtain this time, and they are perfect! The quality is excellent and they’ve completely transformed our home. Installation was quick, professional, and tidy. Bronwyn was great in helping us pick the right blinds for our home. We are really happy with the designs and colouring. We got black out blinds in the bedrooms and motorised blinds throughout the house. Unfortunately the installation wasnt as smooth. Screws were missing from the motorised boxes as the installer didnt have the right screw driver to put it in so my husband had to fix it.
