We recently engaged Complete Blinds to install plantation shutters in our home and we could not be happier! Bronwyn was so informative and professional when she came to quote, explaining everything to me re the different types of shutters and what was best for our home. Great experience with Complete Blinds. Bronwyn did the measurements and quote — everything was accurate. Jay handled the installation and was very professional and tidy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful as well. Very happy with the plantation shutters and the overall service. Highly recommend.

I have had used this company service for some blinds and a curtain. From the outset, they have been inflexible with scheduling. They provide a narrow time slot and offer no flexibility other than postponing to a later date. Throughout the process, I repeatedly requested the first appointment of the day and was willing to delay installation to secure that slot. This request was never accommodated or properly addressed.
