1 star. Very unprofessional. I clearly told the practitioner about my medication, yet he recommended painkillers I had already told him I was taking and understood were contraindicated for me. The treatment involved very strong elbow pressure on my lower back, followed by weeks of significant pain requiring Voltaren and painkillers. When I asked for a proper management plan afterwards, I received a basic piece of paper with painkillers written on it and no meaningful follow-up plan. Very disappointing experience. I had a great experience with Lyndon. He was really friendly, professional and took the time to properly understand the issue I was dealing with. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the sessions. I noticed a real improvement and felt like I was in good hands the whole time. He always made an effort to engage in conversations and was very pleasant and made me look foward to sessions even more. Would definitely recommend Lyndon to anyone looking for a great physio!
Lyndon is a fantastic therapist. Very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my lower back problems fast. When I first attended, I was unable to stand straight or move freely and after 3 sessions, I'm back to normal. Lyndon also provided me with knowledge to and exercises to help minimise in this happening again.
First time treatment with Physiotherapist was amazing! Lendon helped me get through my severe lower back pain. Just few sessions then made me get back to the normal life. He’s very kind and professional. Highly recommend!
