Perfect centre with great equipment and even better staff! I saw Joanne for some shoulder rehab and once fixed we moved onto other historical issues I’ve had. She can always pinpoint the root cause of any pain and has been an amazing support through not only recovery but prevention as well!
Sam was great in helping me get back on the footy field asap with great exercises and explanations about what was going on with my ankle
I recently travelled across the city to see Sam at Complete Balance, I was dealing with an ongoing hamstring and calf issue. Sam listened to my symptoms and then proceeded to guide me through a comprehensive assessment explaining how and why he was conducting things. Sam then gave me a personalised rehab plan that included him showing and videoing exercises outlining exercise cues and next steps with me Sam got me back playing sport sooner than I anticipated
Recently treated by Sam for ongoing knee pain that id been managing on and off for 18 months. Sam quickly identified a few issues and through targeted rehabilitation and conditioning i was able to achieve my original treatment target of getting back to running. Would highly recommend Sam & the team
