Clutch was replaced i asked for a good clutch but Luke put in the af termarket clutch indutries. I kept asking whats this noise he said we are selling the buisness same owner probably a not everyone happy.
Finding an honest and ethical mechanic is not an easy task. However I can recommend Luke and his team. They made time for me and ensured the issue was resolved with my car. Everyone I’ve spoken to here has been professional to deal with. I’ve had servicing, air conditioning repair and an alternator replaced. I will always use this business and hope they continue to offer this level of care.
Air con regassed here in March, I was happy with the work, less impressed with the phone call “we have undercharged you, can you come back in and pay an extra $50 ?” Today, I booked the car in for a service and repair. Service charge: $365 with wiper blades, just like the Nissan fixed price service….. No repairs done as they couldn’t quite understand the instructions until it was time to collect the car. “Oh yeah, bring it back in and we’ll replace the drive belt” Sorry Luke and team, every visit to you requires a follow up ... read more
