Had a good experience the first time I went, and when my insurance was approved for another appointment, they called me back and let me know I was approved. I let them know I was in a precarious situation (homelessness) and would not be able to show for a few weeks. They said I had 30 days, when I called back to schedule an appointment and they said they closed my case early. I guess I'll take myself up to atrium!!
If you plan to come here, make sure that you are not early cause I promise you they will not see you early nor will they see you on time because they are too busy talking about their lives and what they’re gonna do for the holidays to do their job so I am not happy with this place. They’re lucky that I had to give them a one star
I enjoy going to Complete Rehab in Locust working with professional, nice and caring instructors. My third time being there is coming up soon. Looking forward to it. Thank you all at Complete Rehab.
Now where do I start? I have been going to complete rehab for a couple of months and have been working with various staff members. From the PT to the staff at the front desk has been a treat to work with. Everyone works well together and is always nice. I truly look forward to going to PT to get my issues worked on and every time I go, I gain more and more knowledge that will help my situation and even stuff that I don't expect which is always an added bonus.
